      International Warranty Policy

      Every original creation of Lush Addiction jewellery is covered with an international warranty policy. Our jewellery is created under the highest quality control. However, if there are any manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials used, we will repair or replace the defective part or item during the course of your ownership. Please contact us for further details on repair matters.

      All fashion jewellery is subjected to wear and tear. Any damage to the product due to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence or attempted repairs is not covered under this warranty. Lush Addiction reserves the right and holds the sole discretion to reject warranty claims based on a case-by-case assessment of each claim.

      Check Jewellery Immediately Upon Delivery
      Always check the jewellery thoroughly upon delivery, before signing the carrier’s delivery order. If the items were damaged during shipping, please make a claim with the carrier company.

      Returning Jewellery For A Full Refund
      We strive to display pictures which truly represent our quality jewellery. If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us within the 90-day period upon receiving the shipment. Please indicate your order number and your reasons for wanting a full refund for the jewellery.

      Use Insured Courier or Registered Mail or Singapore Ninja Packs
      Please make any returns via registered mail or insured courier, and be sure to keep the receipt. Lush Addiction cannot be held responsible for any jewellery damaged or lost in transit. Replacements cannot be made if we do not receive the jewellery in good condition.

      Return Authorization
      Each return request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Kindly note that the delivery charges for the return to us will be borne by you. For any refunds, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made towards the returned purchase. The delivery charges will not be refunded.

      Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your refund via credit card account to appear. Before returning any jewellery, be sure to obtain a return authorization note from us. The note will contain a return reference number which will facilitate our communication. This is essential if you wish to have a refund or replacement. All jewellery returned MUST be in original and unused condition with original packaging and shipping documents. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept Cash-On-Delivery deliveries. Returns should reach us within 14 days of our issuing a return authorisation document. Any claims thereafter will be viewed as invalid.

      Returning Jewellery Which Is In Good Condition
      If, for some reason, you wish to get a replacement for jewellery which is in good, marketable condition (nothing damaged, no missing parts), please contact us within the 90-day period upon receiving the shipment. Please indicate your order number and your reasons for wanting to exchange the jewellery.

      Returning Defective Jewellery
      It is extremely unlikely that you will receive defective jewellery from Lush Addiction. Jewellery delivered may differ slightly from pictures shown on our website. Such minor variations are not considered defects. In any case, if you still wish to have the jewellery replaced, you may contact us within the 90-day period upon receiving the shipment. Please indicate your order number and your reasons for wanting to replace the jewellery.
